Food for thoughts II

Dreams for thoughts

Aren't dreams amazing? They always seem to be tellin u something.. to pre-empt the future.. to reveal what exactly you are subconsciously thinking or feeling.. Or perhaps just for entertainment purposes for your restless mind.

Again, I dreamt of being held tightly by a stranger last night... As usual you won't be able to remember his face when you woke up.... but there's something different this time..

Feelings of tenderness.. almost blissful ... not for long... Worries and doubts begun to cloud my mind while still snuggling tightly in his strong arms.. I panicked.. I started to fret...

Cos I have a premonition that he will eventually look at me with cold eyes and leave me stranded, all alone....

I'm pretty much affected by the dream when I woke up and couldn't get rid of that unsettled feeling, even till now....

Was doing some research for ideas of an upcoming party's theme ~Dreamland; Came across this website on dreams...

http://www.dreammoods.com

It states:

Hugging
To dream that you are hugging someone, symbolizes your loving and caring nature. You are holding someone or something close to your heart. Alternatively, it may indicate your need to be more affectionate
.

Well, I AM loving and caring...

Shoes
To dream that you are not wearing any shoes, signifies that you have a lack of confidence in yourself and low self-assurance. You may be dealing with issues concerning your self-identity. Thus if you dream that you lose your shoes, then it suggests that you may be searching for your identity and finding/exploring who you are.

Oh oooo... being shoeless, walking in the public, have always been my recurring nightmare...

{Pounding on my chest hard}
"WHO... WHO AM I?????!! "

Food for thoughts I

Those Cheenas ahhhh....

At times, I really feel that Chinese are the most insolent and rudest creatures on Earth.... (yes, including Singaporeans as well)

Riding a crammed full bus back from work.. As my office is in Little India, without a doubt, there's lots of Indians and Bangladeshis passengers as well.

A Chinese lady with a child boarded the bus.. A Bangladeshi stood up and gave up his seat for her. Without a word of thanks, she patted the seat vigorously before settling down. Then, she looked up to the kind Bangladeshi, face furrowed in obvious disgust and reached to pinch her son''s and her nose tightly....

The first word came into my mind -Bitch
I couldn't control myself.. Lashed out at her with a harsh tone.

"I'm praying hard for your son not to grow up to be like you. Such an ungrateful brat you definitely are."
She glared shamelessly at me. I gave her my fakest smile... biting the urge to show her my rudest finger...

What's wrong with these people? It always put me to shame when Chinese behave so badly. I have witnessed plenty of such ungracious behaviours that might took me days to jot it all down. Not that people from other races are perfect without flaws... but why do some Chinese demonstrate self-imposed superiority over other races? What gives them the right to treat people like dirt? What happened to the moral values that our ancestors passed down...?

I cringed at the thoughts of a China supplier we engaged in that Shanghai convention. He helped us to hire University students to assist in ushering our delegates... Not only the wages he paid them were pathetic... the students can work whole day with only 1 meal provided.
After a long day of hard work, we invited them to eat with us.. which he found out. He scolded them and confronted my colleague, saying we should not do that..

His reason? Rule with an iron fist... this will not give them a chance to climb over your head..

Slavery, he mean huh?

Moved...

Really dislike Friendster's auto function of sending email to inform my friends of my new blog post. Don't like to broadcast the message of "HEY!! I did something yesterday!"or "HEY!! I'm bloody too free.. So here come MOREEEE blogging!" to the whole wide world.

So here am I at Blogspot...
Thou shalt read about moi; only if thou interested or an avid fan of moi... : p

I will like to apologise to those who have been scratching their heads after reading my pathetic attempt at poetry.. Well, it's "itchly" messy, I know. But it's not meant to be comprehend by you... cos it conveys a message that's not Meant to be understood by the supposed receiver.. Hmm.. Kinda complicated.. but then again.. I deleted it from the Friendster blog.. you won't get to see it .. ever

Last night at Forbidden City, Indochine

Special guest appearance...
Mr Gerald Lee!

It's really the first time he's out there dancing with Ethan and me. It's hilarious how he imitated people's dance moves and the way he froze to a shrivelling wreck in that Ice Palace

Useless men.. ordered 3 shots of vodka.. Ended up that I finished 2 shots as Ethan was already too high to the brink from a party before joining us and Gerald couldn't take the icy temperature, preferred to jump up and down to warm himself.. And when he saw 2 ladies walked into the Palace in Bareback blouses, without any winter jacket on... he stripped his immediately.. and put on a tough front for 3 minutes before running out of the room... Crazy fellow...

When we were dancing in the dance floor (if that's what it is called...), a Caucasian turned and said hi, in midst of his vigorous and exaggerated dance routine.. I smiled.. and soon, I was taunted to follow his dance moves.. Fun... I have a good laugh doing that...
Another guy in Bermudas joined us... with a even more eccentric moves..
Then, like a flash, another Caucasian dashed into the dance floor and started to spin me around. Good grief.. I almost fell to my knees when he spun me like a top. I yelled at him to stop, which he did. But he held on to my hands, attempting to do a ballroom dancing ... I obliged. It could have been enjoyable~if not for his sneaky hands that moved from my waist and slowly upwards.. I broke his offending touch with a jostle of my elbow in his ribcage and turned promptly to Ethan.
See? The difference between Gay disco and a straight one... Why clubbing night in Propaganda was the most self-indulging and relaxed?

Wakeboarding & Cable-skiing.. coming soon

Heard about these kinda activities from Ethan's polymates.. Pretty intrigued and enthusiastic about them...
Trying to get Gerald to obtain information on group booking to Batam for a day of new learning and fun... Most likely to be going on the mid September, a Saturday...
Interested.. just drop me a message!

(N I am very determined not to earn the nickname of Roti Prata...~a nick that the instructor gave Gerald for always falling flat on four, the moment the engine start... hahaha..)
